The DTF printer offers high-quality film printing.

DTF (Direct to Film) is a technology that prints directly onto the film. In this machine, the film is loaded, and your desired design is printed first with CMYK ink, followed by a layer of white ink. A special powder is applied to the printed design, which melts when heated. This allows the print to be transferred onto textiles. The film then passes through the so-called Shaker, ensuring the powder is evenly distributed on the wet surface of the printed textile while also removing excess powder. In the heat, the powder and white ink fuse and dry, creating a surface ready for transfer onto fabric.

The printer is equipped with drying surfaces on both sides.

The printer comes with easily refillable ink tanks, eliminating the need for constant cartridge replacements.

The ink is sold in bottles, which minimizes the risk of spillage or getting your hands dirty when refilling the tanks.

The nozzles in the printhead are some of the largest among manufacturers, ensuring long-term operation, preventing clogging, and requiring less frequent maintenance.
